Taylor Faiella, LMSW

Taylor joined Inner Armor bringing a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and community-based work. She earned her MSW from Hunter College in NYC, and her BS in Community Health from SUNY Potsdam.

Clinically, Taylor has experience working with youth and young adults navigating anxiety, identity development, trauma, and life transitions. Her approach integrates strength-based perspectives with evidence-based interventions, emphasizing the development of authentic therapeutic relationships. Taylor has specialized training in working with LGBTQ+ populations and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Fiji, where she facilitated programming on gender equity, reproductive health, and youth empowerment.

Taylor also works as a school social worker at The Young Women's Leadership School of Astoria. Her commitment to advocacy, community engagement, and empowering clients to build resilience makes her a valuable addition to the Inner Armor team.
